This health care debate has been a "Top Priority" for over a year now and after a 7-hour summit yesterday to "git 'er done", it's still up in the air. Only thing we have to show for a year of debate is a 2700-page bill which I'm sure is laden with pork. If it does get passed, who knows what kind of problems will surface in 10 or 20 years if not sooner?
Last month, I laid out a simple six-step plan to fix health care. Why don't we scrap the 2700 pages and start over with a plan that works...make sure there's nothing missing...and pass the dang thing without regard for special interests?
On a lighter note, check out Health Care Reform, The Bobsled version. It a cute video that makes exactly the same point.
